ArmorSeal 100 AL
The ArmorSeal 100 AL formulation is our best roofing liner to date, part of our ArmorLine series of spray-on coatings. It’s a 1:1, two-component system that’s liquid applied but composed of 100% solids, containing no solvents or volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that make other coating technologies comparatively less safe and sustainable. ArmorSeal exhibits the same fast-setting behavior that polyurea coatings are famous for and can be applied to all of the most common roofing materials, including metal (aluminum, copper, and zinc), concrete, fiberglass, and wood.

As an aromatic formulation, ArmorSeal is best suited for indoor applications but can be modified for outdoor use by applying a UV topcoat or ColorCoat within twelve hours of application. ArmorSeal is also an aluminized coating, which reflects light for better energy efficiency and improved temperature stability for indoor structures. Designed for roofing protection, ArmorSeal can also be used for other coating applications that our ArmorLine series has become trusted to deliver, including for spraying underlayments and creating a custom fit for RVs, trailers, and houseboats.
