HighLine 200 is part of our ArmorLine series and is a cornerstone of our HighLine line of tough and environmentally friendly polyurethane protective coatings. Its strength and toughness are afforded by a high tear strength and tensile modulus, resisting harsh abrasion and forceful impacts, and it also benefits from freeze resistance and low viscosity so that sprayability and handling are preserved even during the cold winter months. The cured system maintains its flexibility at low temperatures – stable up to 120°C (248°F) – and is resistant to water, chemicals, and radiation. HighLine 200 also helps prevent the formation of mold and mildew, bonds to various substrates (metals, plastics, and wood), reduces noise by dampening vibrations, and serves as reliable electrical insulation.
