ArmorThane STS-200 is a two component, mercury free, TDI free, polyurethane compound designed specifically as a liner system for metal, concrete, fiberglass, and wood surfaces. High tear strength and high modulus were designed into the product to impart extraordinary toughness. Low viscosities and freeze resistant components provide excellent sprayability and ease of handling.
- Flexible, softer product; good impact and skid resistance
- Good for creating large scale seamless membranes suitable for flooring, marine applications, truck bed liners, vehicles, roofing
- Special order fire retardant version

STS-200 is formed as a result of a chemical reaction between Side A Iso and Side B Resin. ArmorThane STS-200 is a polyurethane that is 100% solids and does not contain VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds). Assuming the STS-200 is properly metered, mixed, and cured, the end product will exhibit phenomenal characteristics:
- Abrasion Resistant
- Flexible
- Stable up to 120oC (248oF)
- Excellent Electrical Insulator
- Radiation Resistant
- Bonds to Wood, Metal, and Some Plastics
