1:1 pure POLYUREa
UltraBlast is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, two-component polyurea elastomer protective coating material with enhanced color stability capabilities. UltraBlast is used by itself or in conjunction with other materials to produce resilient surfaces on metal and other substrates. Its remarkably fast gel time makes it fitting for applications down to -40°F without special conditioning of the component resins and isocyanates.
UltraBlast produces an extremely tough film at all thicknesses. UltraBlast is inactive, will not hydrolyze, leach, or contaminate other materials, and is bondable and paintable. UltraBlast is a superior metal coating material designed specifically for industrial applications receiving a constant or intermittent attack from contained materials, most corrosive substances, and abrasive action. That is why it is the preferred coating material for blast protection projects.
